Our Olio Nuovo Zoi has an ULTRA-HIGH polyphenol content, or in other words it is packed with healthy antioxidants much higher than most other olive oils!
Exhibiting a spicy, bitter and peppery sensation, Zoi will likely make you cough and possibly sneeze, but it sure is packed with goodness!
Great for medicinal & topical use, the health minded cook, and is superb over any salad, or used as a bread dipping oil. Pairs well with any of our Balsamic Vinegars!
