The perfect way to start your day! Naturally sweetened with our balsamic (no added sugars, preservatives, or thickening agents, and aged for a minimum of 7 years... yes, 7!) Oats, olive oil, & nuts/seeds complete this simply perfect recipe!
Ingredients

4 cups old fashioned oats*

1 1/2 cups raw nuts* like pecans, walnuts etc.

1/2 tsp of Olive Oil Divine's Himalayan Pink Salt

2 1/2 tsp of Olive Oil Divine's Ceylon Cinnamon Powder

1/2 cup of Olive Oil Divine's Blood Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
1/4 cup of Olive Oil Divine's Honey Golden Balsamic Vinegar

1 1/2 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Vanilla Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2/3 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup coconut flakes
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large, rimmed glass dish with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour in the olive oil and balsamic and mix well until the oats and nuts are evenly coated. Pour the granola on your prepared pan and use a large spoon to spread it as an even layer.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes until lightly golden, stirring halfway. Stir the coconut flakes into the granola mix halfway through baking. This will get them nice and toasty.

Let the granola cool for at least 45 minutes.
This granola makes a great snack by itself, or can be added to milk, yogurt, yogurt parfait, and fresh fruit. It makes a great ice cream topping or can be used in any trail mix!
