Ahhhmazing Granola

The perfect way to start your day! Naturally sweetened with our balsamic (no added sugars, preservatives or thickening agents, and aged for a minimum of 7 years... yes 7!) Oats, olive oil & nuts/seeds complete this simply perfect recipe!



  • Preheat oven to 350° F and line a large, rimmed glass dish with parchment paper. 
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour in the olive oil and balsamic and mix well until the oats and nuts are well coated. Pour the granola on your prepared pan and use a large spoon to spread it as an even layer. 
  • Bake until lightly golden for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway. Stir the coconut flakes into the granola mix halfway through baking. This will get them nice and toasty. 
  • Let the granola cool for at least 45 minutes. 

This granola makes a great snack by itself, or can be added to milk, yogurt, yogurt parfait and fresh fruit. It makes a great ice cream topping or can be used in any trail mix!
