Ingredients (Serves 4)
Greek Dressing
- 1/3 cup of Olive Oil Divine Traditional Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/3 cup of Olive Oil Divine Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine Champagne Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp of Olive Oil Divine Italian Seasoning (Salt Free)
- 1/2 tsp Olive Oil divine Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Greek Salad
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup basil leaves
- 1 cup Olive Oil Divine Kalamata Olives
- 2/3 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 1 can of Anchovy strips (optional)
Directions
Greek Dressing
Whisk the Traditional Balsamic, Koroneiki EVOO, Italian Seasoning, salt, pepper, and Champagne Balsamic until combined.
Greek Salad
Mix tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, cucumber, parsley, basil, olives, and feta in a bowl. Mix dressing in until everything is evenly coated. Refrigerate overnight for best results. Optional: Add 4 anchovy strips to each salad.
