Texas Chili Peanuts


  • 1 16 oz jar of dry-roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Fajita Seasoning
  • 1 tsp of ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 tsp of Olive Oil Divine's Smoked Hickory Flake Salt


Place nuts in large bowl.

Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl, then pour over nuts.

Let nuts sit at room temperature overnight.

Drain liquid from nuts, then place nuts on dehydrator tray.

Dry at 145 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-5 hours or until nuts are crunchy.

Store in an airtight container.
