- 4-5 sweet potatoes, peeled
- Olive Oil Divine's Butter Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Olive Oil Divine's Himalayan Pink Salt, to taste
- 4-5 sweet potatoes, peeled
- Olive Oil Divine's Vanilla Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Olive Oil Divine's Ceylon Cinnamon Powder, to taste
- Olive Oil Divine's Himalayan Pink Salt, to taste
Directions
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.Using a spiralizing slicer, slice your peeled potatoes, cutting as needed to length of your choice.
In a large bowl, add your sweet potatoes and drizzle with your EVOO, pieces should be coated but not drenched. Season with your desired seasoning and toss (be careful when tossing as to not break the potatoes up too much).
Evenly distribute your sweet potatoes onto a lined baking sheet for 45 minutes, then flip. Cook for an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour until they look very toasted.
Allow the potatoes to cool on the baking sheet (they will crisp as they cool).
