Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1/2 cup of raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pf Olive Oil Divine’s Butter Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/8 cup of sugar
- 1/2 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
Directions
Place dry ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding butter EVOO.
Wash kale and dry well. Cut leaves into pieces, removing stems, and place in a large bowl.
Pour cinnamon mixture over kale.
Mix with rubber spatula until evenly coated.
Place coated kale pieces on dehydrating trays.
Dehydrate at 135 degrees Fahrenheit for 2-4 hours until crispy.
