Healthy Avocado Toast

Pasta with Lemon and Garlic (Variation with Ham)

Directions

  • Add water to a pot. Once water starts boiling, place your eggs in the boiling water. Once the eggs are boiled (about 15 minutes), allow them to cool. Peel the eggs and slice them. Set aside.

  • Chop cherry tomatoes and set aside. 

  • In a bowl, add chopped or sliced avocado pieces, Ogliarola EVOO, a pinch of our Himalayan Pink Salt, and 1 tsp of Pennsylvania Pepper. Mash the avocado mixture. You can make a smooth mash or leave it chunky per your taste. Ensure all ingredients are combined well (drizzling some lemon juice over the avocado gives it a nice taste and allows it to remain fresh longer. Alternatively, you can also drizzle Olive Oil Divine's Lemon Fused EVOO on the sliced avocado to make it retain its freshness longer).

  • Baste the bread slices with Butter Flavored EVOO and toast in toaster or oven (3-4 minutes until nice golden brown).

  • Spread avocado mix evenly on toast, then top with cherry tomatoes and egg slices. Drizzle with our Champagne White Balsamic Vinegar per taste. 

  • In the picture, we have garnished the toast with our Garlic Herb Seasoning (Salt Free)
