- 1 large Granny Smith apple
- 1/4 cup of Olive Oil Divine's Honey Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tsp of Olive Oil Divine's Tropical Passion White Balsamic Vinegar
Peel and core apple. Cut into pieces.
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Spread a thin layer (about an 1/8 inch thick) onto dehydrator trays.
Dehydrate at 135 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 hours until brittle. After about 5 hours, flip the bark using this method: place a spare dehydrator tray and place on top of current tray. Flip.
The bottom side of the bark is now facing up. Continue to dry until brittle for another 4 hours.
