1 yellow squash

1 zucchini

2 Large mushrooms (or 6 small cut in half)

1 cup of cherry tomatoes

Directions

Cut vegetables into uniform, bite-sized pieces. "Be sure to make your 'Wolverine Claws' with four skewers."-Chef James

Once the skewers are assembled, season with Moroccan Vegetable Rub, Bourbon White Balsamic Vinegar, and Garlic Infused EVOO. Let them marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Place onto an oiled and heated grill. Turn once, trying not to touch skewers too many times as this will make the vegetables fall off. Remove once the desired doneness is reached.
