Mix one cup of the flour with all other ingredients. Gradually add the remaining cup of flour.

Knead the dough until it bounces back slightly when pressed. Place into a bowl, cover, and put in a warm place to rise for 15 minutes. Place on a floured surface and roll flat with a floured rolling pin.

Place cornmeal onto a flat surface large enough to hold the pizza dough. The back of a cookie sheet works great. Place the pizza dough onto the surface and build the pizza the way you want. For example, use the garlic white balsamic vinegar as the sauce and then use a five cheese pizza blend to showcase the lemon olive oil in the dough.

Slide the dough off of the cookie sheet onto a grill that has been preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and oiled. Close the lid and cook to the desired doneness. Let the pizza rest for a minute or two before cutting.

Have fun with it, and mix in different oils, herbs, seasoning, and even honey.
