- 2 cups of Olive Oil Divine's Blueberry Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 1.5 cups water
- 1/2 cup of only sauce from canned Chipotles in Adobo Sauce (about 10-12 tbsp of sauce + 4 peppers in the can)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
This wonderful recipe comes from our friends, Cat and Phil, who decided to bring a bit of adventure to their take on a North Carolina BBQ sauce. They were kind enough to share the recipe and we think you will love it!
Mix all of the ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously; you can also mix everything in a blender if you want a smoother texture.
The flavors lend themselves well to your traditional BBQ dishes, but Cat and Phil found that the flavors pair easily with chicken and waffles or over baked chicken.
