Ingredients

6 Roma tomatoes, diced

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

2 cloves of garlic, peeled

3 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Basil Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 1/4 tsp of Olive Oil Divine's Traditional White Balsamic Vinegar

2 tbsp of ground basil

1/2 tsp of Olive Oil Divine's Himalayan Pink Salt

1/4 tsp of fresh cracked pepper

8 slices of Italian bread, cut about 1 inch thick

2 tbsp of grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Directions
Whisk together chopped garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper, and basil. Once combined, slowly drizzle into the oil. Add tomatoes and let sit for 20 minutes at room temperature. Toast or broil the bread. When the bread is toasted, rub each piece on one side with the whole garlic pieces. Place the bread on a cookie sheet and top with the tomato mixture. Sprinkle on a little cheese and broil until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
