Wave those winter blues goodbye with the goodness of fresh vegetables, fruits, our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic!
Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries (cleaned and halved)

3 cups organic greens, spinach, kale, etc.

1 cup orange segments (we prefer small oranges)

1/2 cup walnuts
-
1/2 cup pecans
-
1/2 cup dried cranberries
-
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
-
2 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Mission Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
1 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Strawberry White Balsamic Vinegar
-
1 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Grapefruit White Balsamic Vinegar
-
Feta or blue cheese crumbles for garnish
Directions

Combine the mixed greens, strawberries, orange segments, nuts, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.

Combine 2 tbsp of Mission extra virgin olive oil with 1 tbsp of our strawberry white balsamic vinegar and 1 tbsp of our grapefruit white balsamic vinegar (you can use 2 tbsp of any white balsamic vinegar and you can adjust the ratio of oil and balsamic to your own taste).

Garnish with either crumbled blue cheese, crumbled feta cheese, or mozzarella pearls :)
***If making salad ahead of time, do not add nuts to the salad (as the nuts will get soggy and lose their crunch). Follow the recipe per instructions and add nuts 5-7 minutes before serving.
