- 3 dozen deveined and shelled jumbo shrimp
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Butter Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp parsley
- *If you like it spicy, add Olive Oil Divine's Citrus Blend Balsamic Hot Sauce
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and grease 2 large nonstick baking sheets, or line 2 large trays with nonstick foil.
Mix garlic, oil, red pepper, and shrimp, making sure everything is evenly coated.
Spread out evenly on the trays and bake for 6-8 minutes or until the shrimp is opaque. Garnish with lemon juice and parsley.
