- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Blackened Seasoning
- 1 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Butter Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 16 oz boneless, raw tuna
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Brush tuna steaks with Butter EVOO and press steaks into Blackened Seasoning, massaging the seasoning into the fish.
Heat a large ovenproof skillet over high heat until the skillet smokes. Cook the tuna for 1 minute on each side, using proper ventilation for the smoke. Move this to the oven and roast for 5 minutes for medium rare, longer for more well done. Cut in half and serve.
Fish is usually done when it flakes when scraped with a fork.
