- 1 rack of pork baby back ribs
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/8 cup of Olive Oil Divine's Pennsylvania Pepper
- 1/2 cup of Olive Oil Divine's Raspberry Chipotle Balsamic BBQ Sauce
Rub ribs with lemon juice, then sprinkle with Pennsylvania Pepper to taste.
Place meat-side-down in a large baking pan and cover tightly with foil.
Bake for 2.5 hours at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove and pour off excess liquid.
Brush BBQ sauce over all sides of the ribs and finish them on the grill.
