Ingredients
- 1/4 cup and 2 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Butter Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Pecan Praline Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 1/4 cup of flour
- 1/4 tsp of baking powder
Directions
Put Olive Oil Divine's Butter EVOO and Pecan Praline Aged Balsamic Vinegar, salt, egg, and sugar in a large bowl and blend until all of the ingredients are mixed well. Then add flour and baking powder. Mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until slightly brown (about 10 minutes in a gas oven.) Add some nuts or raisins if you like.
