- 1.5 cups panko
- 1/4 cup of Olive Oil Divine's Za'atar Seasoning (Israeli) (Salt Free)
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp water
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Olive Oil Divine's Himalayan Pink Salt, to taste
- 4 lemon wedges
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix your panko, sesame seeds, and Za'atar seasoning.
Mix the egg, egg whites, and water in another dish.
Salt and pepper the chicken and then dredge it in the panko mixture, followed by the egg mixture, and finishing in the panko mixture. Bake for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Garnish with lemon.
