- 6 fairly large bone-in pork chops
- 2-3 cups of Olive Oil Divine's Mango Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Heat your charcoal or wood until blazing hot and spread it in an even layer--this will help the chops cook evenly. You can cook the chops directly on the charcoal or place a layer of foil between the charcoal and the pork chops.
Brush the BBQ sauce onto the pork chops and place them directly onto your glowing charcoal. Cook each side roughly 5 minutes, while keeping a water spritzer nearby to help with any fire flareups.
Once cooked, remove the chops from the heat and let them rest for at least 10 minutes. Coat with more BBQ sauce and serve!
