Lemon Pepper Tuna Melt



  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Lemon Pepper (Salt Free)
  • 12 oz of white albacore packaged tuna
  • 8 tomato slices
  • 8 tbsp fontina cheese
  • 2 English muffins, halved


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon, and Lemon Pepper, then mix in the tuna.

Place 1 tbsp of cheese on each piece of English muffin, then 2 tomato slices, a portion of tuna, and another 1 tbsp of cheese. Place these on a nonstick tray and bake for 7 minutes.
