- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of Olive Oil Divine's Herbes de Provence (Salt Free)
- 1 tsp of Olive Oil Divine's Himalayan Pink Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup vegetable stock
Melt the butter over medium heat. Mix in the flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Slowly whisk in the stock and juice and then cook for another minute. Mix in the salt, zest, and Herbes de Provence. Cool and serve.
