- 2 lbs baby carrots
- 4 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 1 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Tuscany Bread Dipping Seasoning
- 1/2 cup of Olive Oil Divine's Organic Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 lemon, 4 slices
- 1/3 cup of Olive Oil Divine's Cask 25 Traditional Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix 1 tbsp of Tuscany seasoning into 1/2 cup of the Organic Arbequina and let it mingle for about 15 minutes. Pour this over the carrots and add in the the garlic.
Place all of this into a pan and cover with the lemon slices. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, and roast 20 more minutes. Place the pan on the stove and turn on medium heat. Use the vinegar to deglaze the bottom of the pan and allow it to cook for 4 more minutes.
