- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Butter Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Blackened Seasoning
Preheat a cast iron pan on your grill over high heat.
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Mix the Butter EVOO and seasoning. Place the chicken in this mixture, then place the chicken into the hot cast iron pan. If your cast iron is properly seasoned then this quick and hot cooking shouldn't cause the chicken to stick.
Char the outside of the chicken and make sure the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. The pan will be extremely hot and there will be a fair amount of smoke.
