- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Melange Herb Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/4 cup of Parmesan
- 1-2 cups of your favorite red pasta sauce
- 1 lb of Olive Oil Divine's Roasted Garlic & Parsley Linguini, cooked and cold
- 4 cups of your favorite greens
- 1/4 cup of wine
- 1 1/2 tsp of Olive Oil Divine's Sel Gris (Gourmet Chef's Salt)
Saute garlic for 1 minute in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add in the greens and saute for several minutes.
Deglaze the pan with the wine. Once the greens are wilted, add the salt and reduce heat to medium low. Add in the pasta and pasta sauce, stirring until hot. Serve and top with fresh Parmesan.
