- 6-8 corn tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded chicken
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/3 cup of salsa
- 3 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Organic Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for an extra punch of heat, use Olive Oil Divine's Jalapeno Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Habanero Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- Shredded cheese
- Sour Cream
Mix your salsa, cheese, and chicken while your oven preheats to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Fill each tortilla with the mixture and roll it up. place seam-side-down in a greased pan or tray. Brush with olive oil and bake for roughly 10 minutes or until crunchy. Top with any or all of the toppings and serve!
