Ingredients:
Chicken
- 1 whole organic chicken
- 1.5 oz of Olive Oil Divine Honey Ginger White Balsamic
- 1 oz of cooking sherry
- 1/4 cup of Olive Oil Divine Italian Herbes D.P. EVOO
- 3 tsp of Olive Oil Divine Caribbean Spice
Potatoes
- 1 lb small white potatoes
- 1 lg vidalia onion cut in quarters
- 1.5 oz of Olive Oil Divine Italian Herbes D.P. EVOO
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Chicken
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Rinse whole chicken, blot dry with paper towel.
- Place chicken in cooking bag.
- Combine cooking sherry and Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar; mix well, then drizzle over chicken.
- Combine Italian Herbes D.P. EVOO and Caribbean Spice; mix well, then drizzle over chicken.
- Seal cooking bag.
- Bake according to directions from the chicken bag.
Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place potatoes and onions in a bowl; drizzle with Italian Herbes D.P. EVOO.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake until tender and crispy.
