Caribbean Chicken

Ingredients:

 Chicken 

 Potatoes

 Directions:

 Chicken 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Rinse whole chicken, blot dry with paper towel.
  3. Place chicken in cooking bag.
  4. Combine cooking sherry and Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar; mix well, then drizzle over chicken.
  5. Combine Italian Herbes D.P. EVOO and Caribbean Spice; mix well, then drizzle over chicken.
  6. Seal cooking bag.
  7. Bake according to directions from the chicken bag.

 Potatoes 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place potatoes and onions in a bowl; drizzle with Italian Herbes D.P. EVOO.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake until tender and crispy.
