Ingredients

1 lb of brussels sprouts cut in half

1 cup of dried Craisins (optional)

1 cup of chopped pecans (optional)

2 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Butter Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Blood Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Pecan Praline Dark Balsamic Vinegar
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix the butter EVOO and blood orange EVOO in a mason jar.

In the 1 gallon sized bag, add the brussels sprout halves, Craisins, and the chopped pecans. Pour the EVOO mixture over the brussels sprout mixture, zip the bag, and coat the mixture evenly.

Pour mixture into an oven safe glass dish.

Place dish in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minute or until brussels sprouts are tender.

Take out of the oven. While hot, drizzle with pecan praline balsamic for a nice caramelization over the brussels sprouts.
