Brussels Sprouts - The Olive Oil Divine Way

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  • Mix the butter EVOO and blood orange EVOO in a mason jar. 
  • In the 1 gallon sized bag, add the brussels sprout halves, Craisins, and the chopped pecans. Pour the EVOO mixture over the brussels sprout mixture, zip the bag, and coat the mixture evenly. 
  • Pour mixture into an oven safe glass dish.
  • Place dish in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minute or until brussels sprouts are tender. 
  • Take out of the oven. While hot, drizzle  with pecan praline balsamic for a nice caramelization over the brussels sprouts.
