Brussel Sprouts - The Olive Oil Divine Way

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. 
  • Mix the butter and blood orange EVOO in a mason jar. 
  • In the 1-gal size bag, put the brussel sprout halves, craisins and the chopped pecans. Pour the EVOO mixture  over the brussel sprouts mixture, zip the bag and coat the mixture evenly. 
  • Pour mixture into an oven safe glass dish.
  • Place glass dish in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minute or until brussel sprouts are tender. 
  • Take out of the oven and while hot, drizzle  with pecan praline balsamic for a nice caramalization over the brussel sprouts. Serve.
