- 2 lbs chicken thighs or legs
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Juice of one lemon
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 3 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Mission Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Tandoori Indian Masala
- 1 tbsp black pepper
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Rinse and dry your chicken, then place it in a bowl with the black pepper, Tandoori Indian Masala, Mission EVOO, garlic, lemon juice, and Greek yogurt; mix well.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight or for at least a couple of hours.
Bake the chicken for 45 minutes, flipping occasionally. Broil for 5 minutes at the end to make it crispy.
