- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Mission Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Traditional Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine's Adobo Lime Rub
Mix everything together except for the chicken. Place chicken in this marinade and refrigerate 1-12 hours. Mix the chicken around at least once during the refrigeration.
Grill chicken for about 5 minutes on each side over medium-high heat until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Let rest for 5 minutes off of the heat. Slice against the grain and serve.
