We have made it our mission to help people discover what real, authentic extra virgin olive oil should be. With so many imposters on the market, it’s become harder than ever for health-conscious shoppers to know what they’re getting. We’re not a franchise. We work directly with about 12 small, family-owned farms, personally selecting every product we bring into our store. Every oil and vinegar is bottled by hand, right here by our team, giving us full control over freshness and quality. While we don’t date every retail bottle, we post press dates on our storage containers and gladly share details like polyphenol levels, acidity, and other key quality indicators.
