This Kalamon olive oil is pressed on the same Greek farm as our Koroneiki and it tastes very similar to Koroneiki.
"Zoi" translates to "Life", and "Olio Nuovo" translates to “New Oil”. This oil is pressed from olives selected early before the normal harvest.

Our Olio Nuovo Zoi has an ULTRA-HIGH polyphenol content, or in other words it is packed with healthy antioxidants much higher than most other olive oils!
Exhibiting a spicy, bitter and peppery sensation, Zoi will likely make you cough and possibly sneeze, but it sure is packed with goodness!
Great for medicinal & topical use, the health minded cook, and is superb over any salad, or used as a bread dipping oil. Pairs well with any of our Balsamic Vinegars!
